Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Victoria Park Community Group (VPCG)
On Monday 6th March at 7.30pm
Venue: The Biscuit Factory (foyer), 1 Queens Walk, Reading RG1 7QE
We welcome our community to join us at our first official AGM. We will also elect trustees, and ordinary committee members (non-trustee roles). We need a few more people to take an active part in planning our work, but equally welcome all participants in this important year. Can you spare some time to join our committee? Do you have capacity to help as a volunteer at one of our events? Teamaking/ fundraising/ attending a meeting or two?

Trustees Election Information
The Chairperson, Honorary Secretary, and Honorary Treasurer are elected annually. They are currently: Maria Trevis (Chair), Quinten Taylor (Secretary), Mara Campbell (Treasurer). Nominations are invited for the Officer (Trustee) posts.
Each nomination requires a proposer and seconder (see pro formas below). Names and addresses of the candidates and nominees (where applicable) must be included.
Committee Members Election Information
We need your help to make our residents group work for everyone. From community-minded tea makers to event organisers, campaigners with good numeracy and communication or people who are happy to help and learn from others. We would love to have your help. We have several events and projects to organise and would love as much help as we can get. Please put your name forward.
